Born in Chicago, Illinois in 1942.

Studies began at The School of the Art Institute of Chicago at age twelve and continued until awarded a scholarship to the same school.

Teaches Emeritus Painting and Drawing classes at Oakton Community College.

• Created series of paintings and limited edition lithographs for Timely Elegance Gallery and Runon Corporation in Nagoya and Osaka, Japan
• Series of paintings Monaco and The Riviera, An American Viewpoint, Galerie Park Palace, Monaco
• Portrait of Chef Jean Banchet and other works depicting gala nights at LeFrancais restaurant
• First artist to have a private show in the Senate Caucus Room, Washington, DC
• Produced posters of Chicago Theatre painting Chicago Landmark Preservation Council to help defray legal costs to save the Theatre
• Recording artist of the Oglala Sioux Sundance Ceremony at Pine Ridge, SD. Commissioned by Dr. James Gillihan, Director of Cultural Preservation
• Commissioned by Ray Kroch to paint portrait of Lou Brock, baseball player for the St. Louis Cardinals; presented painting during ceremony at game in San Diego stadium
• Appointed by the U.S. Olympic Committee to complete a series of paintings depicting the Innsbruck and Montreal Games in 1976 (first official artists of the U.S. Olympics)
• Commissioned to paint A Bicentennial History of the United States 1976 by Bicentennial Administration President John Warner
